This Privacy Policy explains how ZeroClickBrand (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our AI brand monitoring platform. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data required to operate the Service:

  • Usage and technical data: log records, IP address, browser and device information and pages visited, used for security and service quality.
  • Cookies: as described in Section 7.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. Please do not enter such data into the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Service
  • To create and manage your account and subscription
  • To run AI monitoring queries and produce reports for you
  • To send service related notifications, alerts and support responses
  • To ensure security, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your brand monitoring content to train our own models.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), legal obligation (accounting and tax records) and, where required, your consent (optional cookies and marketing messages).

5. AI Providers and Other Processors

To deliver the Service we send the questions you define to third party AI providers through their official APIs. These questions are not intended to contain personal data; you are responsible for the content you enter. We also work with hosting, email delivery, payment and security providers acting as processors on our instructions.

6. Sharing of Data

We share personal data only with the processors described above, where required by law or by a valid request from a competent authority, and in connection with a merger or transfer of business. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function, together with optional analytics and preference cookies. You can review and change your choices at any time through the cookie settings available on the platform.

8. International Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where such transfers take place, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Data Retention

We keep account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. After your account is closed we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, except where a longer retention period is required by law, in particular for financial records.

10. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights please contact us using the details in Section 14. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
